Very few people think of Jesus as a philosopher. They often think of him as a religious figure, but not as a philosopher. Nonetheless, he created a philosophy that stands ready to revolutionize human life, if people ever take it seriously. Furthermore, at it’s root this philosophy requires no specific religion at all.
It is significant that religious people have never grasped the things we’ll cover today. And that’s the astounding thing about Jesus’ lost philosophy: It sits openly among the pages of the gospels, having been read for centuries. Yet, if anyone has ever taught on this subject in the past, I find no record of it.
